This Chocolate Cubed cake was made to celebrate the small Winter Solstice wedding of Phil and Anne. The chocolate cake is topped with a thick layer of bittersweet chocolate ganache and decorated with white scroll work. Beautiful, simple and oh so decadent. Congrats Phil and Anne!

I absolutely loved making this cake! When I saw the picture of the cute little boy all dressed up for his Princess Skeleton party and just knew I had to make the best cake he's ever seen. Mexican Chocolate cake with Cinnamon buttercream - yummmm... It's so fun, colorful and full of imagination!

We created this cute chocolate cake for a little girl's 9th birthday who was having a dog and cat themed party. Gwen requested bones around the cake and her name in pink. We took the theme a bit further and created these cute figures made of fondant. Luckily, this dog and cat get along perfectly!
