Baby Shower Mini Cupcakes

Want an inexpensive way to customize our mini cupcakes? We'll make custom fondant toppers, starting at $10/dozen for minis and $15/dozen for standard cupcakes. These cute baby blue pacifiers were made to top PB&B and Orange Dream cupcakes.
