Lakeside View
This cake was so much fun to make! Our client loved the mountains we did on our Bluegrass and Mountains cake. She thought they would be perfect for her husband's birthday party. He loves hiking and going to the lake. The lake, trees, mountains, stones and tree pieces were all hand-crafted from fondant. The cattails and grass were piped on. This delicious Chocolate Mint cake was hard to hand over. We just wanted to dive right in.
